Los trabajos se llevarán a cabo de lunes a viernes, de 08:00 a 16:00; no se realizarán trabajos los fines de semana ni los dÃas festivos. Durante este periodo, algunos balcones podrán estar cubiertos con mallas de seguridad, lo que podrÃa limitar las vistas y reducir la entrada de luz natural en el alojamiento. El interior de los apartamentos, la piscina y el acceso al edificio se podrán utilizar con normalidad.
From 27 July 2026 to the end of January 2027, the building is undergoing façade renovation work. The work takes place from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00; there is no work on weekends or public holidays. During this period, some of the balconies may be covered with safety netting, which may obstruct views and reduce the amount of natural light entering the property. The interiors of the flats, the swimming pool and access to the building are operating as normal.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
