Please note thatguests need to provide a valid ID at check-in. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to removewaste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
