It is a tourist apartment building, completely modernized and recently restored, located on the lively city of Lloret De Mar, in a large green area and about 700 meters from Lloret beach.
The Costamar apartments feature a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped with cooking basics, as well as a private bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings.
Through a path and on foot you can reach the beach in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket 200 meters away and the bus stop 50 meters away.
The Costamar apartments have free parking for your private car. They have a large garden with a seasonal outdoor pool, located on the other side of the avenue.
On the third floor there is a large terrace with barbecue, you can eat on it. There is general wifi inthe common elements and exclusive inside the apartments.

Apartamentos Costamar can be reached taking the GI-682 motorway, and is less than 20 minutes’ drive from Blanes. Girona is 45 km away. (The property requests a damage deposit of €200 once guests arrive at the property).
